Bathroom Remodel

Watched ovaries apparently don't suppress, so we finished up the jack 'n jill bathroom remodel instead. Last spring we replaced the black formica countertop with tile and mosaic backsplash and the white linoleum floor with large 20x20 tile. The only thing left was the tub surround. It was previously tiled and we had hoped to pop the tiles off and somehow save the underlying drywall. It didn't work at all, so we ripped it down to the studs and hung cement backer board before re-tiling and painting.

Almost a "before" shot.
We started demo before we realized we hadn't snapped a pic.

Down to the studs.

All done! Grouted, caulked, sealed, painted.

The mosaic border in the shower matches the backsplash around the counter.
We also replaced the lights and the towel bar & toilet paper holder.
